Dr. Márkus’ primary area of expertise is public procurement law, as part of which she is a qualified accredited public procurement consultant and has been registered as a consultant since 2016. She has gained professional experience in a wide range of public procurement proceedings in the fields of IT, healthcare, transportation, energy and EU and national funding projects, both on the contracting and the bidding side.
