Practice Dr. Szemán joined Bán, S. Szabó, Rausch & Partners in 1998 and has been a partner of the firm since January 1, 2009. He specializes in labor law, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, establishment of joint venture companies, data protection and e-commerce. Prior to arriving at Bán, S. Szabó, Rausch & Partners, dr. Szemán served five years in the legal department of Malév Hungarian Airlines Rt. and two years at KPMG. Since 2008 dr. Szemán has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Herend Porcelain Manufactory.

He is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Assoociation (EELA).
