We were proud to assist E.ON Hungária in the completion of the series of transactions started in 2019 concerning the acquisition of ELMŰ-ÉMÁSZ, the divestments of ÉMÁSZ DSO and TITÁSZ DSO and selling a 25% minority participation in E.ON Hungária Zrt. to MVM.  These were the largest and the most complex M&A transactions of the recent years in the Hungarian energy sector. Our M&A line-up in this transaction that started back in 2019 consisted of dr. János Rausch, dr. Balázs Unger, dr. Gergely Szabó, dr. Diana Aszódi and dr. Kinga Bölcskei.
