Dr. S. Szabó is a founding partner of Bán, S. Szabó, Rausch & Partners. He is a Hungarian lawyer with experience in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, joint venture transactions and real estate matters. Prior to becoming a partner of Bán, S. Szabó, Rausch & Partners, he worked as a partner at other Hungarian firms. He is a holder of the Eötvös Károly award (2007) of the Budapest Bar. Since 2018 Dr. S. Szabó acts as the vice-president of the Budapest Bar, in charge of international affairs, before that, from 2002, he was the secretary of the bar. Since 2007 he is the member of the Hungarian delegation to the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe (CCBE). He is the chair of CCBE‘s European Authentic Act Working Group since 2012, and member of CCBE‘s Finance Committee since 2014. In 2014 he received the “Pro Collegio Advocatorum” award from the Hungarian Bar.
